A modern airport terminal featuring a sweeping steel roof and passenger-first spatial design.

Delivered in Madurai and completed in 2024, the 680,000 sq ft development was executed under a single-point delivery model — bringing design, procurement and construction under one accountable contract so the client had one team answering for cost, programme and quality.

Pre-construction planning and BIM coordination resolved clashes before mobilisation, and live dashboards kept cost, schedule and quality visible throughout. The result was a snag-free handover on programme.
